It’s official – Speed Racer is taking over the world. From cult cartoon to big budget movie, and finally on to toys which are sure to become collector’s items. All manner of Speed Racer toys are out there, and as more kids see the movie, they are all selling like hot cakes. There’s a whole set of Speed Racer cars by Hot Wheels, radio controlled Speed Racer cars and, last but not least, Speed Racer action figures, featuring both Speed himself and the loyal Trixie, among quite a few others. And yes, that’s Ken and Barbie as Speed Racer and Ken!
